How to Export OLM file from Outlook 2019 / 2016 or 2011 for Mac ?

Step 1

1. Launch Outlook 2016 or 2011
2. Go to ‘File’ menu
3. Select ‘Export’

Step 2

1. Select outlook for Mac Data file (.olm)
2. Select chek box if you need all types
3. Deselect if you want custom export

Step 3

Select ‘No’ if you do not want to delete items after export

Step 4

Save ‘.olm’ file where you want to save.

Step 5

Exporting your contacs to ‘.olm’ file

Step 6

Exporting calendar events to ‘.olm’ file

Step 7

Congratulations; now you can add the ‘.olm‘ file to “OLM CONVERTER PRO”
